6. I see a charge but no order confirmation. What does this mean?
This is typically a pending authorization from your bank, which should clear within 3-10 business days. If the order didn't finalize, you won't actually be charged. If the funds are fully deducted, contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.

8. Are the jerseys on your site in stock?
Most Gridiron Legacy items are ready to ship. However, inventory for top-selling teams can fluctuate rapidly during game season. The product page will show the most current availability.
9. Can I edit my order after paying?
We can only attempt changes if your order hasn't moved to packaging. Contact us urgently with your order number and request.
10. Is order cancellation allowed?
Yes, cancellations are possible within a 1-hour window after ordering, as long as shipment preparation hasn't begun.
11. How do I cancel an order?
Immediately email our Customer Support or use your account dashboard with your order number. We will confirm and process the cancellation if possible.
12. What are your shipping options and timelines to Europe?
Worldwide delivery ranges from 7-21 business days.
13. How do I track my package?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can monitor its progress directly with the carrier or in your account.
14. My order is late. What should I do?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If there's a significant delay or no movement, contact us with your order number, and we will investigate with the shipping partner.
Returns & Support
15. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Customized jerseys are final sale unless defective.
16. How long do refunds take?
After we receive your return, processing takes 30 business days. The refund is then issued to your original payment method; the time it takes to reflect depends on your bank or provider.
17. Are there return fees?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We do not charge any processing or restocking fees.
